Tacoma Electric Supply has recently added a 32" flat screen television on the showroom floor of the Tacoma branch. This screen gives customers the ability to see their orders being picked, and creates increased efficiency for the salespeople. Having all of our current orders in a central location lets us pick orders by the time of pick-up instead of the order they were entered, which ensures that an order will be ready when the customer comes in to get it" says Counter Sales Manager Nathan Hathaway. Walk ins and will call orders can be seen on the screen in the showroom and a 42" screen in the warehouse displays all current orders. This, paired with our state of the art scan gun technology allows us to stay one step ahead in the marketplace.
